The Petoi Voice Recognition Module Compatible w/ Arduino is a sophisticated device that enables voice control over Petoi robotic pets or any device compatible with Arduino. By simply saying a command, the user can get a response from their robotic pet. This module is equipped to recognize over 35 predefined voice commands, with an additional provision for recording 10 customized voice commands. It boasts high precision and minimal delay, ensuring a seamless interaction between the user and the robot pet.
The module does not require a wake-up word and can be used offline, eliminating the need for a network connection. It is compatible with all Petoi quadruped robotics kits, including the Bittle dog and Nybble cat models. The module's code can be adjusted to control other DIY robot pets as well.
The module also features a language switch command, allowing users to switch between English and Chinese modes. The responses to each voice command are delivered in charming children's voices, which can be muted if desired. The range of possible commands includes 'Hello', 'check', 'walk', 'kick', 'sniff', 'handshake', 'good boy', and 'rest', among others.
